The Web interface for Account Info is available through the ArcWeb site. See Account overview for more information about using the Web site to access your account.
Delay in usage information reaching service
It might take a few minutes for information about your credit usage to reach Account Info Web Service. For the most accurate usage reports, it is best to wait at least five minutes between service usage and getting information from Account Info.
The average daily usage is calculated for the time period you request. If you do not request a time span, and you have been using ArcWeb Services for longer than 30 days, your average daily usage is calculated as the total usage over the past 30 days divided by 30. If you do not request a time span and you have been using ArcWeb Services for less than 30 days, your average daily usage is calculated as your total usage divided by the number of days since you began using ArcWeb Services.
NOTE: These calculations determine the first day of usage as the first day you used a credit (not the date of activation).
