Viewing usage

Usage reports show you information such as how many credits you have consumed, how many requests you have made to each service, and which services you accessed.

To view your account usage:

Exploring usage details

You can view details of usage for each service type that you have used. Under each service type heading, a summary appears that provides the number of credits used for all requests made to that service.

If requests involve specific services, a table appears beneath the summary that shows each service accessed in that service type, the most recent date used, the number of requests, and the number of credits consumed.  Click the Service title to display a pop-up window with summary information about the service.

Service types that do not use services display only summary text with the number of credits consumed by the number of requests made.

NOTE: Details only appear for service types that you use: if you have not used a specific service type, its section does not appear.

You can click any column head in the table to sort the table by that value.

Generating custom reports

You can use the tool in the left-side navigation panel of the Account pages to create custom reports. With this tool, you can create reports based on service types, specific services, and date ranges.

To create a custom report:

  1. Choose the service type.
  2. Choose a user name to generate a report based on a specific persons activity or select Entire Group to see all group activity.
  3. Specify the time period.
You can generate a report for the current month, the last full month, since the start of the account, or specify a date range. Click the Calendar icon to help select dates.
  4. Click Run Report.
The generated report appears in the content panel on the right.
