Managing your ArcWeb account
On the account pages you view information and set preferences for your
ArcWeb Services account. You can:
- View usage summaries and transaction details for
services and users
- View account storage details, including group
usage and individual user usage
- Add new users to your group and manage existing
users
- Set alerts and notifications to inform you of
events and changes in status related to your account
- Buy credits for your account
- Activate Wireless Location for registered cell
phones
- Register URLs and obtain an API Key for use with ArcWeb Explorer Flex and ArcWeb Explorer JavaScript APIs
- Enable or disable UserIDs for the REST API
- Access tools for Version 2 and ArcWeb Toolbar
users, such as the POI Manager and the Address Manager
To access the account pages:
- Click the My Account link in the upper-right corner
of the ArcWeb site window.
An account overview page appears with basic information about your
account, credits, and storage. The page also displays any current alerts
or error messages. Links appear along the left side to access detailed
account information.
NOTE:
You must log in before you can view your account information. If you are
not logged in, you will be prompted for your user name and password.
